Every quote says how long the price holds. The online link stops taking signatures after that date.

Questions
Can customers sign and pay online?
Yes, on every plan. Send the quote as a link. Your customer picks a package, initials your terms, signs with a finger and pays the deposit by card (through your own Square or Stripe), PayPal, Venmo, Cash App or Zelle. Money goes straight to you.
Can I attach my license and insurance?
Yes. Upload them once in Settings, Company. Every online quote links to them, the PDF lists them, and Trinato reminds you before a certificate expires.
Do I download it from the App Store?
No. Open trinato.com/app on your phone and add it to your home screen. It opens full screen like any other app and updates itself.
Does it work without cell service?
Yes. After the first open it works offline. Satellite maps, address lookup and ChatGPT need a connection.
Where are my customers and prices stored?
On Standard and Founders, only on your device. We never see them, so download a backup every week or two. On Pro, they're also backed up to secure cloud storage and synced to every device on your plan. A quote you send as an online estimate is kept on our server so your customer can open and accept it.
How does Pro sync work with my crew?
Every device that uses your Pro key sees the same properties, quotes, photos, Pricebook and company settings. If two people change the same property, the newest change wins, and quotes from both are kept. The first device is the owner. Only the owner can change prices and company settings, and the owner can remove a device from Settings.
Do I pay for the photo-real renders?
No. Trinato hands the mockup to your own ChatGPT account. Free accounts get a few pictures a day, and paid ChatGPT plans get more.
Are the prices already filled in?
Starting prices are there as examples so you can try it right away. Set your own in the Pricebook before you send a real quote.
How many phones can I use?
Standard and Founders work on 2 devices. Pro works on 3, and Pro Plus on 5 with extra devices at $5 a month each.
What happens after the free trial?
Your plan starts on day 15. Cancel before then and you won't be charged.
